Dr. Sonja Kristiansen: In vitro fertilization is a process where a woman's eggs are removed from her body, fertilized in the laboratory, and then, a few days later, transferred back into the uterus. Here at the Houston Fertility Center, we have performed thousands of IVF cycles.
