Meet Jessica and Brian Janisch as they discuss the difficulties of wanting to start a family while Brian is away in Iraq, and about their optimistic journey through IVF with the help of Dr Sonja Kristiansen.

As Brian watches via video from his post in Iraq, Jessica undergoes egg retrieval by Dr Kristiansen at Houston Infertility Clinic.

Awake from her retrieval, Jessica watches as her eggs are fertilized via ICSI with proud husband Brian's sperm cells in the lab of Houston Infertility Clinic. Dr Kristiansen explains the procedure while Brian observes from Iraq.

Jessica shares the good news with her husband Brian in Iraq live on air.
